The Wily Filipino is calling for blog entries in celebration of
adobo, our national dish, our culinary claim to greatness, our goodness and light. Entries must be made on December 8th. Much to do, no time to do it. Must put a pot on the stove now, and let the wafting aroma of vinegar, soy sauce, and garlic summon the muse. Kidding. There is no muse (if there is, she hates me). There is just my butt sitting on this bench, my hair falling in my eyes, and my fingers click-click-clacking.
